Blower motor cleaning. Each air handler has a blower motor inside. It is the heart of your system which pumps the air to your house. A blower wheel has blades that are specifically designed to push around air.  Any dirt buildups on those blades cause your blower motor to work harder. Even 2mm of dust accumulations on your blower wheel can reduce your furnaces efficiency by 20% and increase your electricity bills. If a blower wheel gets really clogged up, your furnace and air conditioner may not operate at all.

Gas burners. Gas burners are by far the most popular heating elements. Built up debris around the furnace burners reduces the efficiency of the gas combustion process. Clogged burners increase the chance of carbon monoxide emission to your house.
Evaporator coil.  If your AC isn’t blowing cold air, the airflow is very weak and/or your coils are freezing over, they may be clogged with dirt and mold. An evaporator coil is a vital part of any heating or cooling system. An evaporator is used in an air-conditioning system to allow a compressed cooling chemical, such as R-22 (Freon) or R-410A, to evaporate from liquid to gas while absorbing heat in the process.

Outside condenser. Along with evaporator coil, your outside condenser is another vital part of your air conditioning system. It helps a compressed cooling chemical to cool down by a spinning fan inside it. Your outside condenser should be covered with a tarp cover to protect it from leaves falling inside. The more leaves and ust inside the mroe energy it consumes for proper operating.
